We understand that when ordering merchandise, mistakes
can happen. FH Bonn is committed to you and your customer's satisfaction.
To expedite your request for credit on returned
merchandise, FH Bonn has instituted a new RETURN POLICY. The Guidelines are very
easy to follow:
Complete the authorization form included on page 7 in
the Customer Service Section of our catalog. You can fax this form to us via our
toll free number, 800.745.2666 or mail it, "ATTN: Customer Service."
Rember, no credit will be issued unless an Authorization Number has been assigned.
Include all requested information on the form.
If proper documentation is not provided, a maximum discount and restocking fee will be
applied.
Returns must be shipped prepaid.
It is important to note that, if FH Bonn is not at
fault, a 20% Restocking Charge will be applied to the discounted price on goods returned.
FH Bonn will accept returned merchandise within six
months of the date of the original shipment ONLY. No exceptions.
No credit will be issued for soiled or obsolete
materials or special merchandise which has been manufactured for a specific customer, that
is, NON-CATALOG ITEM/S.
